The AirRefinery

Electricity in.
Fuel out.

An oil well that runs on air and electricity. Plug it in. Pump fuel forever.

The Fugu AirRefinery — a shipping-container synthetic-fuel machine
Specifications

The unit.

Production 50,000L methanol / year
Form factor 40ftshipping container
Status Prototypetesting in Sydney, Australia
Commissioning 1hour, on-site
Inputs Air + electricityonly
Output Drop-in fuelsnap-lock piping
How it works

Three steps
to make fuel.

The AirRefinery pulls carbon from the air, splits water for hydrogen, and combines them into liquid fuel — all inside the same container. Three processes, one balance of system, one outlet.

IN + Air + Electricity
01

Pull
carbon

炭素を引き出す
  • from atmospheric air
02

Split
water

水を分解する
  • for hydrogen
  • pulled from the air
03

Make
fuel

燃料を作る
  • 50,000 L methanol / yr
  • drop-in, no engine change
OUT + Liquid fuel
SELF-CONTAINED Every system the AirRefinery needs — power, cooling, water, heat — is generated and shared inside the box. No external piping. No civil works. Three patents protect how the modules share a single balance of system.
Status

Prototype deployed.
Testing in Sydney.

A prototype unit is being commissioned at our Mascot workshop in Sydney. Every component is built to be mass-manufacturable.

Deployment model

Build them like an automobile.
Then run them like an oilfield.

One auto-scale factory could out-produce the Strait of Hormuz in a decade. Modular fuel farms are the future of energy security.
